Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) and you will receive a confirmation email. Generally takes 4-6 weeks for manufacturing and shipping. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We offer free shipping to New Zealand wide. 

Local delivery
Free local drop off is available for orders within Hawkes Bay.

Deliveries are made from 8.00am Monday-Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of delivery.

In-store pickup
You are welcome to pickup items from the Napier, Hawkes Bay workshop. Just send us an email or phone to organise a time.

Our in-store pickup hours are 9.00am to 2.00pm Monday-Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping, please contact us for a quotation. Customs charges may apply.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at smpl@thegenesis.co.nz with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We don't ship to PO Boxes.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at smpl@thegenesis.co.nz with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
